At FyoniBio, we work at the intersection of science, care, and collaboration — supporting the development of biologic drugs from early research to clinical trials. Our team in Berlin (and beyond) brings the curiosity, expertise, and adaptability it takes to handle complex projects and tailor solutions to each molecule.
From the very beginning, we set out to build more than just a service company. In one of our first team meetings as an independent business, we put it plainly:
“We want to create a place where we like to work.”
That idea still guides us today. Of course, technology, quality, and sustainable business matter — they’re what keep us going. But at the heart of FyoniBio is something equally important: a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, where people know what their colleagues are working on and are ready to lend a hand.
We value transparency, and we don’t shy away from challenges or difficult conversations. Instead, we try to proactively address tensions before they grow, not to stay positive 100% of the time, but to build real trust and a sense of team.
And yes, we make space for fun, too. Whether it’s a group workout after work or getting together for our annual summer/winter event, we believe shared experiences outside the lab help strengthen collaboration inside it.
